Beyond Words "In My Dreams/Anything Real" 45 1984

Beyond Words "In My Dreams/Anything Real" 45 1984

Beyond Words are from Maryland, and to the best of my knowledge only released this one 45 in 1984. It was released on Speechless records. It's your typical sound for a record released during this time. The lineup consists of Lisa Matthews on lead vocals, Mike Gehl on guitar, George Kondylas on drums/vocals, Doug Scrivener on sax, synth/vocals, and Mark Evanko on bass/vocals. The band shows characteristics of a cross between Pylon and Rubber Rodeo with a side of Romeo Void. Anyway, you all decide and let me know what you think of this record. I personally favor "Anything Real" over "In My Dreams."

  2. The interesting thing about this single, is that it seems to me that the b-side, Anything Real, is the much stronger of the 2 tracks.
